1. Product introduction

RZ-ZD04 catalyst is used for the isomerization of n-butene to produce isobutylene. This process route has the advantages of cheap and easily available raw materials and sufficient sources.

Isobutylene is a very important basic raw material for petrochemical industry and plays an important role in my country's energy, chemical and materials industries. At present, the main production methods of isobutene include catalytic cracking, butane isomerization followed by dehydrogenation (or isobutane dehydrogenation), n-butene skeleton isomerization, and tert-butanol dehydration. Among these methods for producing isobutylene, n-butene skeletal isomerization technology only needs to add an olefin isomerization unit downstream of the existing etherification unit, and has become the most promising method to increase the production of isomeric olefins.
