1.Product introduction
NaY zeolite is an octahedral molecular sieve with a FAU framework structure. It is a faujasite cage surrounded by β cages and hexagonal column cages. The largest pore of the faujasite cage is a twelve-membered ring, and the pore size is 0.74nm. It is a Y-type molecular sieve. The main channel, X-type molecular sieve and Y-type molecular sieve have exactly the same structure, but the Y-type molecular sieve has a high silicon-to-aluminum ratio and strong hydrothermal stability, so it is more widely used.
2. Applications
NaY molecular sieve is used to catalyze the synthesis of lipid compounds, ketone compounds, phenol compounds, and toluene disproportionation. It can also be used as a catalyst carrier, and it is also widely used in environmental protection.
