I. Product application
AS-5 desiccant is exclusively designed to use for drying automobile air brakes, which is used in the dryer of brake system. It is the best adsorbent for wet air.
II. Technical introduction
In the air brake system of automobiles, the decreased air temperature
caused by the frequent changes in air compression results in the stagnant water
in the air brake system, which further result in the corrosion of metal
components in the brake system. The corrosion leads to the cracking of rubber
seals, the failure of lubricating oil dispersion and the blockage of pipelines,
which will seriously affect driving safety.
To solve this problem, compressed air dryer is gradually introduced at home and abroad in recent years, which is installed in the air brake system of automobiles and filled with air dryer so that dry compressed air is generated to enhance the effectiveness and safety of air brake system.
The exclusive dryer for automobiles’ air brake system can be used as compressed air dryer in the air brake system to protect air brakes and avoid accidents.
This product can not only absorb the water in compressed air and take advantage of load and air discharging process of pressure regulating valve in the air brake system, but also enable the compressed air of dryer in the air regeneration receiver to reversely go through the dryer and remove the water that absorbs on the surface of the dryer, and exhaust it into air for further regeneration.
