Study on the condensation reaction of cyclohexanone catalyzed by dealumination superstable Y

Abstract: The application of dealumination ultra-stable Y molecular DUSY catalyst in cyclohexanone condensation reaction was studied, and the silicon-aluminum ratio (SiO:A1O.), catalyst dosage, reaction time, reaction temperature, water-carrying agent, etc. of the catalyst were obtained. The influence on the reaction: the catalytic activity increases with the increase of the silicon-aluminum ratio, and the cyclohexenylcyclohexanone in the product can reach 60%. When the silicon-aluminum ratio is too large, the reaction activity decreases; increasing the reaction temperature can improve the product quality. Yield, solid acid DUSY catalyst has the advantages of short reaction time, high single-pass product yield, easy post-reaction treatment, and no environmental pollution. It is an environmentally friendly catalyst.
