Effect of guiding agent aging time and crystallization temperature on the quality of NaY molecular sieve
(1) The high-efficiency directing agent is a colorless and transparent solution with good fluidity and the ability to induce the crystallization of NaY molecular sieves in a short period of time.
(2) The directing agent prepared after aging for 16 h has high directing agent effectiveness and strong induction ability for the synthesis of NaY molecular sieve.
3) Using the above directing agent, under the crystallization temperature of (110~115) C, Water glass is used as a silicon source to synthesize NaY molecular sieves with a relative crystallinity of more than 90%.
