Research on Dechlorination of NAY Molecular Sieve
Abstract: The dechlorination effects of various molecular sieves were compared and screened. The results showed that NaY molecular sieve has good dechlorination performance. NaY molecular sieve raw powder was used as the active component, NaY molecular sieve adsorbent was prepared by kneading method, and alkylate oil was used as raw material. The influence of the preparation conditions of NaY molecular sieve adsorbent on the dechlorination performance of the adsorbent was investigated in detail. The test results show that under the conditions of a NaY molecular sieve raw powder/binder mass ratio of 2.0, a roasting temperature of 400 C, and a roasting time of 3 h, the prepared NaY molecular sieve adsorbent has an adsorption temperature of 25 C and a volume space velocity of Under the optimized conditions of 1.0 h', the penetration chlorine capacity can reach 3.11%, and it has good reusability.
