(1) During the conversion of alkylaromatics, at least one dimension of alkylaromatic molecules equal to the size of the benzene ring can enter the pores of ZSM-5.
(2) During the reaction process, M X and O X are isomerized on the outer surface of the molecular sieve to generate PX, P X enters the pores of the molecular sieve to demethylate, TMB enters the pores of the molecular sieve to remove the ethyl group; the methyl and ethyl carbocations react outside the pores , generating T M B or heavy aromatics. The limitation of ZSM- 5 channels on the diffusion of MX and OX is the key mechanism for the realization of isomerization/disproportionation shape selectivity.
(3) Reducing the grain size of the molecular sieve and increasing the external area can effectively improve the isomerization and selectivity of the catalyst. The activity and selectivity of the catalyst prepared by the improved molecular sieve were improved
