Pulverization of PSA molecular sieve
1、The instrument pressure signal pipeline connected to the adsorption tower is frequently blocked, and there is a large amount of white molecular sieve dust after disassembly;
2、The PSA product hydrogen and desorption gas vent tube has a large amount of white powder. When the gas is vented, there is obvious white dust at the vent tube opening, and molecular sieve particles are directly released in severe cases;
3、PSA's program-controlled valve often does not switch in place, even clogging, there are a large number of molecular sieve block particles in the valve seat after disassembly;
4、The hydrogen purity of the product drops significantly;
5、The pressure balance of the two towers can not be achieved smoothly within the specified time (usually 30-60s) controlled by PLC.
